I was somehow not removed at the end of 2021, despite not having 100 followers. I didn't realize until today about this new requirement! They've given me a deadline of February 23, 2022, which seems exceedingly unlikely, but at least it prompted me to take action. I know this article is several months old, but for anyone who happens across this, I'll follow all followers!
